I am just emailing to ask that you pass on my thanks to the candy floss/popcorn operator that worked on our event on Saturday at The Fairmont Hotel in Windsor (forgive me but I can't recall his name).

He called when there was a risk he was going to be late due to traffic yet he was still on time. He was also self-sufficient, flexible and, most importantly, the candyfloss and popcorn was delicious.

The client is over the moon with the event and you played an important part in helping them to raise over £300,000 for charity!

Hired a mechanical sheep and it was great fun, the person controlling the sheep was a laugh and all the guests were lining up to jump on and have a go. I would recommend hiring from Funday Entertainment to anyone that wants to make their event a load of fun.

I just wanted to say that the feedback we have had for yesterday’s event has been nothing but positive, with most people saying it was the best event yet. The games that you host Tony always go down a treat, and we are certainly going to make the tug of war a Lonza tradition!

Quite a few people also said the following to me which I thought you’d appreciate hearing. Since we moved to you guys our events have gone from zero engagement from the Entertainment team to the constant chatter from your team. I’ve been told that it has made a huge difference being able to have a laugh with those who are manning the different activities (especially for parents who are standing around whilst their kids are on the activity). So I just want to say thank you again for being such a fun, lively bunch of people, the employees here (and of course me) really appreciate it!

Please can you send my sincere thanks to Scott, Chris and James on behalf of the St Catherine's Hospice Fundraising team and myself personally.

At our event on Sunday we had sun, torrential rain and very strong winds intermittently and the boys were really flexible in terms of changing the activities layout and ensuring the safety of the activities according to the weather at the time.

We had a good laugh and they ultimately just wanted to be as helpful as possible to us, which was so appreciated. They clearly all had great knowledge of the activities and were just excellent.

Well what can I say?!?! What an event. And you are to thank for so much of it.

The day time activities were spot on and even a little rain couldn’t keep us down J. The fairground rides were absolutely terrific and went down a storm.

I am surprised to say that my favourite thing was the inflatable laser tag game, I didn’t expect it but it was brilliant! There was something for everyone, everyone had a (or even a few) favourite(s). It was an awesome day.

And each and every staff member was a credit to you. They were fun and personable and just made the day.

As we have gone over a lot already, I do just want to apologise for my stressed state the week before the event. And hope that (if you agree to work with us again next time) I will be much more comfortable to leave organising the day in your capable and expert hands.

We had written our speeches for the evening before the event so my CEO did a big thank you to you and your team, I know you weren’t there to hear it but I want you to know that you got a massive cheer and applause from everyone.

I rarely review places but I had to say what a fab service we had yesterday.

Booked my bouncy castle less than 24 hours before hire, staff were friendly and helpful. It arrived on time, they were efficient and the castle was lovely and clean and fab quality. I asked for a slightly later collection and the guy said he would try, and he came to collect a bit later for me (traffic was on my side I think!!) again very efficient taking it away and friendly. A great company, I would highly recommend them. Competitive price too.

I would just like to say on behalf of everyone at Kingspan a very big thank you for the entertainment which you provided for us. Everyone has been talking about how much they enjoyed the santa sumo suits and the bucking reindeer, they certainly caused a lot of laughs!! I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you very much for yesterday. It was quite a late booking but this booking was managed really well and we ended up with everything we needed after being let down so late in the day. Chris & Terry arrived in plenty of time to discuss where to locate everything with us and then did a fantastic job of looking after all the 'little angels' at our event. Everyone agreed that the day was a great success and they certainly played a big part in that. I am writing to thank you and the very popular Surf Simulator you provided us with that entertained our customers at The Mall Romford during our It's Game On promotion. Comments from our customers have been very positive. The It's Game On promotion was a great success with an average of 120 children visiting us and having a go at sports each day.

I am writing to say a big thank you for participating in Hammersmith & Fulham's Play Day event on Wednesday 3rd August. The day was a huge success with up to a thousand children and their families attending throughout the day. The bouncy castles were a real attraction and the children really enjoyed playing on them. A big thank you to your staff for their professionalism and efforts to get the bouncy castles up and running when faced with electrical difficulties.

Thank you for providing an activity for the BRAG project. BRAG was a success once again this year, thanks to the hard work and support shown by all the staff and station organisers involved. The feedback from the young people has been very positive. They have enjoyed taking part in the wide variety of activities on offer, many of which they would not otherwise have tried either due to access issues or perceived images that have now been broken down. Thank you again for your contribution to the BRAG project and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

As discussed, I can confirm that i am very satisfied with their services. They are reliable, prompt on the day and provided everything that they said they would. I.e acceptable number of staff to assist with the activities and the equipment was perfect. This is the third year that i have used Funday Ltd and i will continue to do so whilst i still organise the summer parties.

I did want to feed back to you that the guys you sent over on Saturday were very very helpful. The day was a complete success and although something whacky must have happened in the measurements and we could not fit the Human Table Football in the gym, we suggested an alternative outside on the Astroturf and the guys moved the equipment all in all as a lovely day it worked better. I am writing to express my gratitude to a fantastic team of Funday staff on site at Chaffinches Farm. J, Chris and Nick were responsible for the bouncy castle, bronco, popcorn and candy floss at the 4th july BBQ for my clients and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They also helped me out with a problem i had regarding power and i am indebted to them for their patience, good nature and willingness to help.
